Helene, aka. Kaktusrose, is a coach and healer that helps people make massive shifts in their lives and thus take significant steps towards their dreams and desires.
She is a firm believer in, and advocate for, an integrated approach that brings the physical, energetical and emotional aspects, as well as the mental dimension, into the equation of healing issues that are holding you back from your fullest potential and a happy life.
In her free time, when she's not helping her amazing clients to blossom and create magic in their lives, you can find her idly digging in her garden, totally hooked on some new learnings or in deep concentration over one of her creative projects.
